Give everything you have by faith; what does that mean to you? Last week I did a live stream about the poor widow who gave her everything by faith. To give everything you have by faith is much different than believing in yourself, so before you get into your goal-setting process, please make sure you read this post and catch the live stream Give Everything You Have by Faith on YouTube, as it goes into more detail.
Faith in our Lord is the best and only way to live the life of the Believer. Therefore, we are to give everything we have to our Lord and King through faith in Him. I desire you to stay focused as we continue in the Productivity and Alignment series.
Many pastors and teachers want to separate purpose from the God who created us. The gospel they preach tells you to live your best life now and accomplish all you can in your strength by adding God’s name to the deed as a ride-along companion.
They teach that God purposed us to do amazing things and exploits; with faith, we can ask for anything we want and move mountains in our way—all because you’re a little god made in the image of the true living God.

The preachers tell you to give all your financial resources and time to build their ministries, and when you give everything you have by faith—God will reward you with your desires from your vision board.

We must thoroughly understand what walking by faith means, so we won’t be guilty of disrespecting God and elevating ourselves above His will and plans.
Lucifer had a mission to exalt himself above our Lord’s throne. He was full of pride, and his sinful will of “I will” got him banished from the presence of God (Isaiah 14:12-17).
The teachers of the law took advantage of the poor and widows. They found shrewd ways to take advantage of them. Jesus saw right through their false piety and called it out.
Please don’t be like Lucifer and set your own will to get what YOU want. We are to pray and ask God to fulfill our desires, plans, and goals.
THE POOR WIDOW GAVE EVERYTHING
Jesus watched all the people putting money into the temple treasury, some rich and some poor. In those times, people dropped coins into trumpet-shaped bronze funnels. You can hear how much money people put in from the sound of the money.
Here is a free pdf that describes the story – God is Generous (The Widows Mite).
Mark 12:41-44 NKJV, Now Jesus sat opposite the treasury and saw how the people put money into the treasury. And many who were rich put in much. 42 Then one poor widow came and threw in two mites, which make a quadrans. 43 So He called His disciples to Himself and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury; 44 for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, her whole livelihood.”
The poor widow gave everything she had to live off. She showed up to give everything she owned by faith. The others that gave did not give everything from faith. They gave out of their abundance.
Please watch the video below as it details the story of the widow’s mite and inspires you to give everything you have by faith.
GIVE EVERYTHING -SURRENDER AND SACRIFICE
The widow gave her last mites (small copper coins). She believed to be giving to the good things of God. Nonetheless, God wants us to use wisdom in our giving. Would He want you to give your last to a television ministry? There may come a time when God will ask you to give something financially to stretch your faith. To know His voice, you must know His Word, so you aren’t manipulated into surrendering to the wrong voice.
The Christian life is one of surrender and sacrifice. All that we think we own belongs to God anyway. So can you give everything to God by faith? Whatever everything is to you at the time, God wants your best. He wants you to give your all, not your leftovers.
I put my spiritual discipline at the start of my day. Doing so helps me honor Him in my work, goals, tasks, and productivity throughout the day.
ENCOURAGEMENT – GIVE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE BY FAITH (VIDEO)
GOD SEES IT ALL
Remember that God knows your heart. If you give everything you have to a goal, plan, idea, strategy, or the service of others, make sure it aligns with God’s will for your life so He can bless your intentions.
You cannot fleece God or get anything over on Him because He weighs the motives of the heart.
We can’t manipulate unsuspecting people into giving us our last for a promise God never intended for their life.
Many fake preachers beat people over the head about will a man rob God and how the poor widow gave her last. These messages intend to show you that you don’t have enough faith if you won’t give all you can.
pin me:
Don’t be deceived. If you have a desire or goal to come to fruition, pray to God about it. God won’t rob or mislead you like many false teachers.
Plan and present your ambitions to Him in prayer. Ask God to show you His will for the project and to give you the blessing to accomplish it.
Often we’re taught to create vision boards, write out our dreams, name and claim the good thing, and declare and decree it until we see it manifest. They teach it’s all about your word faith; if you don’t obtain the miracle, it means you don’t have enough faith.
But they never even ask God for what they desire in prayer.
NOPE!
Instead, they speak whatever they want into the atmosphere and visualize themselves having what they claimed by their decree and word of faith.
Speaking what you want into the atmosphere and bypassing God is not of God. Saying all of your wills is exactly like Lucifer’s pride.
Don’t find out that you’re opposing God the hard way.

IN CONCLUSION
God is a great and awesome God.
There is no better place for the Believer to be than in the will of our precious and loving Lord. He has an extraordinary future for us and fills us with untapped potential that we rarely experience.
Suppose we obey God and give everything in complete surrender and sacrifice to Him.
We will see and experience the blessings of the Lord in our lives beyond anything we ever imagined. His blessings come with no sorrow.
Therefore, please ask the Holy Spirit to override your stubborn flesh, fill you up, and follow His lead down the marvelous path of joy, productivity, service, and accomplishing the desires of your heart.
Colossians 1:9 NKJV, For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
I pray for your filling of the knowledge of God’s will, where lies true wisdom you’ll need to give everything you have by faith. Give everything you have to maximize the full potential that God placed inside of you and glorify His name.
